“ Reading through some of these reviews sure shows how picky folks can be. Que eye roll.. This is a cute, dive little diner that offers many selections at great prices. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. It comes to the table quickly, it's nice and hot and tastes just fine. The servers were friendly. I had the special with scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes (2 of each). It was $4.95 and the perfect amount of food. While waiting we noticed they offered steak, lobster, loco moco and a variety of burgers, chicken and various other options. If you're a snob and looking for gourmet, walk down the street to the fancy part of Waikiki with all the bull crap designer stores and places like Ruth's Chris. This type of eatery isn't for you. ”

“ A good little greasy spoon with great breakfast deals compared to the rest of the strip. Everything from coconut pancakes, Portuguese sausage, loco moco, etc. plus a cheaper $5 breakfast special. Prices are better than the strip. Ambience is classic Hawaii coffee local coffee shop and attentive aunties serving the tables all have the friendly aloha spirit. Recommend for local breakfast - remember the location makes it a little pricier than driving out of Waikiki but it's a great choice if you are staying multiple days in Waikiki. Mix of locals and tourists eating here. Divey coffee shop fun interiors. A great local breakfast experience outside of the touristy hotel restaurants. Great aloha spirit! Good cup of joe too. Don't judge it on its looks - this is the place to dine if you are casual and don't want hotel or chain restaurant breakfast and don't want to drive off the Waikiki strip. ”
“ Great basic breakfast for cheap! I got the coconut pancake special for $7.99, which came with bacon, eggs, pancakes. It was more then enough for me. I normally don't even eat pancakes but the coconut dipping sauce for the pancake was soo good. I love coconut! They didn't add the grat to our bill (I always look at the breakdown items). You just got to check and be nice. Our coffee was filled up all the time, everything was good! ”

If you are a little light on cash or don't feel like wasting money on a crazy breakfast this is the place for you. The meal is good. eggs, bacon, pancakes but don't expect all that much taste. Still... it is really cheap! ”
